Information we collect

Account details: name, username, email, specialty, clinic name, phone number
Profile photo (optional, uploaded by the doctor)
Usage analytics: logins, downloads, and share actions (no patient data)

How we use information

To personalize campaign posts and digital visiting cards
To administer doctor accounts created by Medeuon administrators
To improve template publishing and platform performance

Data storage & security

Data is stored on Medeuon-controlled servers. Passwords are stored using secure hashing. JSON data directories are blocked from direct web access. We do not sell doctor data to third parties.

Your rights

You may request correction or deletion of your account data by contacting Medeuon. Profile photos can be updated or removed from within the doctor workspace.
